About Toulin

I have been involved with purebred dogs for over 35 years.
A member of CKC since 1975
A member of SDKC and
the Canadian Scottish Terrier Club

Have had experience in breeding and showing Irish Setters and Soft Coated Wheatens but in recent years have specialized in Scottish Terriers.

Several years ago I purchased an English Cocker Puppy from Judy Corbett whom I co own with and he is now an American and Canadian champion and ranked number 3 Eng cocker in Canada in 2001.

I have bred Scotties for 30 years with approx 25 Champions to date but even more importantly many wonderful family pets.

After living and teaching 30 years in Sudbury, I am now based on
Manitoulin Island -kennel name Toulin came from end of manitoulin.

My daughter Jennifer has been involved with the breeding and rearing of our Scotties as well as my Granddaughter Elissa who is enjoying showing in peewee Junior handling with our now retired Scottie Penny.

In my spare time I do some house sitting and have also whelped litters for breeder friends.

My first Scottie Gaelic Gal was acquired from a local Sudbury breeder and through selective breeding with Renaldo (Jim Reynolds), Anstamm (Cindy Cook), Kirkcaldy (Conn Hutcheon and Marion Flemming) and most recently Beinnein (Darle Heck), I have Established the quality I am breeding today.
Known as "Aunt Liz" to many dog show people, I enjoy helping out in the " set up" and occasionally will venture out into the ring.
